Beautiful, historical country house "La Haute Gilberdière", from the 19th century. 3 houses in the residence. 900 m from the centre of Sartilly, 8 km from the centre of Carolles, 15 km from the centre of Avranches, 8 km from the sea. For shared use: park 2'000 m2 with plants and flowers, meadow, beautiful garden to relax. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 200 m, bus stop "Sartilly Rue Grande Rue" 1 km, sandy beach 8 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove (only for decoration), dining table, satellite TV and radio. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC. Upper floor: open gallery with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm) with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Oil heating. Terrace, garden 400 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.
