For shared use: property, garden with plants, meadow, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, garden furniture. Shop 350 m, pebble beach 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 21 km. The owner does not accept any groups.
2-room apartment 40 m2, on the ground floor. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. Open kitchen (oven, 4 induction hot plates, toaster). Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Terrace, garden. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage (1 car).
