About this house rental
Completely renovated holiday apartment with two balconies 900 meters from the historic center of Lazise and Lake Garda. This holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a private house with shared pool in a quiet residential area. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms with single beds, bathroom with shower. The furniture is new (2020) and the price includes: TV, Wi-Fi, large fridge with freezer and shared swimming pool with deck chairs, parking space.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Layout: On the 1st floor: (Living room(TV, seating area), open kitchen(fridge-freezer), bedroom(double bed), bedroom(single bed), bedroom(single bed), bathroom(shower, washbasin, toilet))
dishwasher, bathtub or shower, heating, garden, garden furniture, parking, swimming pool(shared with other guests)
These costs are mandatory and charged on site. They are not included in the rental price.
Bed linen: Possible to rent per package, € 18.00 p.p./Stay
Tourist tax: € 1.00 /person/night (Indication)
Final Cleaning: Included (Except cleaning the kitchen and dishes)
Deposit: € 200.00 returned 14 days after departure (On arrival, you must pay the security deposit in cash)
