About this apartment rental
Our house, built in 1976, was remodeled and renovated in 2010.
In 2022, we added our beautiful vacation apartment, which offers plenty of space at 120 square meters. Our guests can enjoy many hours together in the modern kitchen and the open living area with an adjoining playroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, as well as a kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, and washing machine.
The living/dining room features a large corner sofa with a table and a flat-screen TV. A large dining table is also available here for cozy game nights.
Likewise, our spacious, tiled terrace adjacent to the living area—complete with a large table, six high-back patio chairs, and a grill—invites you to enjoy lovely evenings.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in, spacious shower, a toilet, a double sink, and a hair dryer. The underfloor heating installed here ensures a pleasant, spa-like atmosphere.
The guest restroom is equipped with an additional separate toilet and sink.
The 5 sleeping accommodations are distributed across 3 bedrooms. (Double bed / 2 single beds / single-bed room)
Additionally, a travel crib with a mattress is available for babies.
Right in front of the vacation rental is a lovely public playground just a few steps away.
A great outdoor activity for kids!
