Schöne FeWo, große Dusche, das Bett ist sehr gemütlich, Design u. Ausstattung sehr ansprechend, jedoch ...
sind einige Dinge massiv defekt [WC Bürsten, Fach für Waschmittel an WM, eklige Flecken an der Küchenwand, selbst entfernt !! ] Im Kleiderzi unangenehmer Geruch, mega laut von der Straße her. Nervig ist das Licht im Gang hinten, das die ganze Nacht leuchtet u. in den Wohn-Schlafraum blendet. Die Lüftung unten schafft nur bedingt kühlr, brummt aber ordentlich laut.

Müllkübel außen voll, zu wenig Behälter für 5 Wohnungen Rollos teilweise defekt- kann man zeitnah mit wenig Aufwand ersetzen. Sehr laut, da die Cloppenburger Str. eine Hauptader ist. Nur zwei Messer für drei Leute,
