Probably the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. It is a full size house in a nice neighborhood. Kitchen is well-stocked, there is some food in the pantry, fresh paint throughout home, soaker tub in bathroom which our kiddo loved. 30 minutes to Schlitterbahn, downtown Austin, bats at S Congress Avenue bridge, and 1 hour and 15 minutes to SeaWorld and the Riverwalk in San Antonio. The owner went out of her way to let us in 1 day earlier than our reservation. We’ll be back.

Property is beautiful and really in a good location. Only con is I didn't realize all bedrooms were located upstairs (might have missed that in the description), which ended up being fine.

The home was beautifully furnished and it met all of our needs. The only problem is I have some mobility problems and the steep staircase was very difficult for me. Other than that, I have no complaints. Neighborhood was clean and quiet.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood in Kyle, TX with easy access to I-35. The house was clean and had everything you need for your stay. The bedrooms are upstairs and the two queen rooms share one bathroom. The master is spacious with its own bath. The living room has comfortable couch’s and the kitchen table can seat four comfortably (we only had 4 people, but I think I saw additional chairs). Another plus is the property manager was very responsive to our questions, which helped us plan our stay. Overall, this house is a great find for people who want to spend time near Austin and San Marcos. Don't pass this property up.

This house served our needs well. In town for wedding. 5 adults. Pretty new, quiet neighborhood. Convenient to interstate snd restaurants and shopping. Beds comfortable. All amenities good. Excellent communication. No problems.

This property worked very well for our family. It gave us plenty of room and was very reasonably priced. The neighborhood seemed safe. Taylor did well communicating and responding. The description of beds and bedrooms on VRBO was a little unclear, but I could tell from the pictures that there were three bedrooms, and I’m sure if I would have asked Taylor for more detail she would have given me more information. The large king bed in the master bedroom and the beds in the other two bedrooms ended up being just what we needed. Overall, we had a great stay!
