Location is great! Condo perfect for a family with two bedrooms and a pull out sleeper sofa. Definitely would recommend if looking at Siesta Key. Easy trolley ride or golf cart from the shops/ restaurants if not up to driving/ finding parking.

The island house villa we stayed at , was just what we needed to rejuvenate ourselves . The grounds were were very well kept, with very easy access to one of the nicest beaches I’ve ever been on . Everything that you would ever need is within a 5 mile radius . If you would like to venture out there is plenty of options for tours . This was our first trip here, but would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice quiet laid back place to rest . Don’t get me wrong , if you want to party there is plenty of bar and restaurants to accommodate you nearby!

Had a wonderful time with family and friends. The villa needs some upkeep but otherwise it was clean. The office staff was very nice. Overall it’s a great location with a beautiful beach but the red tide this year was pretty bad.
