We absolutely loved staying in this condo, and will come back again! The condition was perfect, including our favorite room which was the enclosed porch where we could easily open the sliders and let the fresh salt air come in and listen to the waves. The host was super generous to even arrange for us to stay an extra day! Thank you for letting us rent this beautiful condo!

Everything was very good except for the roaches we seen every night. I reported it to front office, but received no follow up. I got a couple, but they would run under the baseboard. Wife was not happy.

We always make the best of our stay. We have been going to 1s for the last 10 years. We love Siesta key. But the unit is a real dump, so many things wrong and the owner does not care to up grade! Electric outlets in master do not work, floor slopes. Tiles need to replaced. Wallpaper in bath is peeling off toilet not flushing right, mold on ceiling. Fan in twin bedroom needs to be fixed. Only good thing is the location.

We we’re fortunate to have a unit on the beach for a vacation with our daughter and her partner. It was a great opportunity for togetherness with flexibility. The unit was a good size and two bathrooms gave us flexibility and privacy.
