- UPSTAIRS FAMILY ROOM: Go up the custom-made stairs and you will find yourself in the UPSTAIRS FAMILY ROOM/DEN. There is a sofa w/a pull-out Q bed, a love seat, 2 bean-bags for the kids to relax in, a Foosball table, and its own wet bar, bathroom, and access to the upstairs patio with breathtaking views.
- UPSTAIRS OUTSIDE PATIO: While upstairs, grab a cocktail and go outside to the UPSTAIRS OUTSIDE PATIO area to enjoy the mountain and private desert views from this fabulous space - it is SO relaxing & the views SO gorgeous....you will NOT want to go back inside the house.

This is such a fantastic place. We stayed a few years ago and were so happy to have been able to stay agin. House is great. Clean. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen had everything. We spent a lot of time on the bakc patio, grilling out, had the fire place on at nighr, even hung out at the fire pit. Pool and hot tub were 100% perfect. It's SO private - we all felt that we were the only ones around. Loved the smart TVs in all of the bedrooms plus in the Main Living Room. Had kids with us (10/11/13) - they hung out upstairs with their own TV, bean bag chairs, foosball table, outside patio - they LOVED it (so did we!)@Louie, you are an amazing property manager. Thank you for all that you did to help our trip be amazing.

Our group of 9 adults loved this house for a golf/hiking vacation. Everyone had their own space, but there was also ample hang-out space in the living room and on the lovely patio. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation, and the outdoor grill and fireplace were great for evening meals.We also appreciated that the host was very accessible and responsive to any questions. The host had also left detailed notes and labelings to help us get the most out of the property. We would definitely stay here again.

We were two families, eight people in total and this place was perfect for us. More than enough room for adults and kids. The backyard was a highlight with a pool, hot tub and grill, very comfortable, invited my family over for a nice barbecue. Lots of amazing hiking nearby. The Boulders property is beautiful and the two restaurants we visited on site were really great. Louie, the host, was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
