About this house rental
The wonder and enchantment begins the moment you encounter this 4 BR/3 BA, Marsh front home. You are greeted with a large open deck, surrounded with palm trees, inviting you in to an over-sized, covered porch. Plenty of seating areas to enjoy the wonderful marsh and water views on the 1st level of this home. The spacious porch is perfect for entertaining friends and family, or just soaking up the beauty and the wonder of all that Fripp has to offer! Enjoy both sunrises and sunsets from both porches. There are 2 bedrooms located on the 1st floor, with access to the 1st level porch. The foyer is tastefully decorated in a marvelous beachy decor.
Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere.

While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to stunning beach spots, the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, scenic island parks and the Audubon Trail. Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or explore the Community Center, where activities are open to all. Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse. Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where charming waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!
A 4 seat electric golf cart from Beaufort Carts is included with this rental. Fripp Island Club Cards are NOT included or offered with this rental.
Pets - not allowed
If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. The house was great, lots of space in the kitchen to cook, living room was spacious and comfortable and the decks had awesome views! Driveway is a bit small but it was able to fit a truck, car, and 2 golf carts which was just enough for us
