About this house rental
If Fripp Island is your destination, then this is the house you will want to stay at. We are full members of the Fripp Island Club & Amenity Passes to use the facilities on Fripp Island are available. It is conveniently located a short stroll from the ocean and beach club, and is seconds away from the Marsh. It can easily accommodate large groups of people with spacious living areas. The house is newly renovated, and the kitchen is state of the art. The great room is an unbelievable space to entertain many and a view to die for. At the end of the day, you can even relax in the sauna located in the back ensuite!
Everyone over the age of 13 must have an amenity pass to use the amenities (pools, restaurants, etc.). The summer weekly fee of $55 per pass and the 12.8% resort fee is paid directly to the FI Club upon arrival. Summer rentals (June - August) are from Saturday to Saturday only. For holidays such as Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's rates and length of stay may be adjusted. Longer term rentals during the fall and winter are considered. A four seated Golf cart is included with rental.

Conveniently located to island center and beach access. Wonderful great room and kitchen. The two main level bedrooms/bathrooms and upstairs master suite were all good. There is a basement bedroom with four twin beds that was not particularly good for sleeping. We really appreciated the use of the golf cart and amenity cards. The main drag, while busy, was not noisy inside the house. Would stay here again.

This house is conveniently located mid-island and across from the marshes. It’s large but a little chopped up. Everyone kept getting turned around. We enjoyed the large windows overlooking the marsh and the wrap around small porch. Unfortunately, the house was very dirty. Our feet were black after walking barefoot in it. Baseboards were coated with dust, and the basement was musty and moldy. Some of the sheets on the bed were dirty! There were a few rotten boards in the floor of the porch. The silverware was corroded and some of the dishes we had to wash before using. Overall, this house was a big disappointment, and we wouldn’t stay here again.
