Three blocks to 5th Ave, five blocks to the beach. Come home to a rooftop pool, two jacuzzis, and a gym in the building. Inside you've got a king bed, full kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. The futon adds a third guest when you need it. Monthly rates available — traveling with a group? We run multiple units in this building, just message us.
Our dedicated staff is available every day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist you with anything you need during your stay.
Additionally, our team is online through Airbnb from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM to help with any inquiries or support you might require outside of these hours.
Central to everything you will need while visiting Playa del Carmen, and all within walking distance. Only 5 blocks from the beautiful sandy beaches, 3 blocks to the famous 5th ave, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and grocery stores.
The key will be available at the front desk to allow for easy, hassle-free check-in. Free parking in an underground garage and guests have access to all amenities in the complex.
For safety reasons, after 10pm, only guests with wristbands are allowed to enter the condo building.
Rooftop closes at 9pm.
Location first: 5th Ave is three blocks one way, the beach five blocks the other, with restaurants, grocery stores, and shops all within a block.
Inside, you've got a king bed with AC and a Smart TV, a full kitchen with island seating that works well as a workspace too, a futon for a third guest, fast Wi-Fi throughout, and a private balcony on a quite street.
The building takes care of the rest — rooftop pool with sea and city views, two heated jacuzzis, a gym, business center, secure underground parking, and 24-hour security.
We're online 9am–11pm daily. If you're traveling as a group, we manage several units in this building, for larger groups.
From this location, everything you need is within walking distance. If you have a car, you can use the underground parking. Taxis are easy to catch from this central spot — just walk one block to the main street and you’ll find one quickly.

First time renting a condo for vacation. Enjoy the PdC area and wanted to be close to groceries, beach and 5th avenue. Location was excellent - within walking distance to everything. Condo was clean with everything you need to set up home for a week or longer. Staff and owners were most accommodating. Only a couple of minor issues - having an outside unit does have some street noise and the patio needs some patio furniture.

Would have 5 stars, however balcony furniture was very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sit out and relax or read. Was suggested that I go to Walmart to buy a proper deck chair and that the pictures showed what to expect.The unit had coffee filters and salt only, one pot, lots of fry pans. I did buy a toilet brush.(2 week stay solo) Building is quiet, safe area, 2nd time in this building, close & easy walk to both beach & grocery stores.Communication prompt, and an hour early check-in was appreciated. There are likely better options available for the price. After 20 trips to Playa, this was not my best value.
