Oceana Beachfront Walkout Condo Sapphire Beach Crystal Cove

We stayed here for a week. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Great location, beautiful view! Bed was comfortable. Everyone was really nice and very helpful. We didn't have a car but getting a taxi was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolute wonderful stay. The condo perfectly matched the listing photos. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and close to all the main attractions. Communication with the host was easy and she provided great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

This condo is in an amazing location! It was so nice walking to Sapphire Beach any time we wanted. Also it was so amazing to have an upscale restaurant in walking distance right back to our place. The kitchen has all the essentials but could use a few upgrades on utensils if you like to cook while there. We used the grill one night (it’s a little small but did the job). Overall we had an amazing time and the place was beautiful.To no fault of the owner who was super responsive we did have a few issues with parking outside the condo. We have a 5 year old so if we went out in the evening we would come back and our space was occupied by someone else but then the vehicle was gone in the morning. Not the best case for minimal parking.All in all this place was a steal for the cost especially when the island is very expensive!

The good : communication with the property manager was very simple, she is very fast to respond and was able to guide us since it was our first time there and gave us great advice which was super helpful. The place has everything you need and more, i honestly did not feel like i needed anything, it had more things than i imagined meaning it had pots and pans, plates etc. The not so good, i think it would've been better if this was shared or posted on the description and not taken me by surprise but the main shower is missing one of the sliding doors, she did mention its hard to get one replaced as it is an islands but still, I've just never seen a vrbo with that kind of things unfixed. The toilets malfunction alot and the tank doesn't get filled with water at times i think toilets need to be replaced. The oven in the stove did not work. The way the furniture was placed where you have to move an entire dinning room just to use the beds was inconvenient. You have to move and re arrange furniture just to be able to use the beds. The back patio was kind of unkept with filled with leaves and you could tell hadn't been cleaned or landscaped in a while but it is still nice to seat on i just wish they would hire someone to keep it clean. Other than that, the place is located at a short distance from the water which i loved. I would definitely stay here again but would like to see those things replaced/changed.
