With 1 king bed, 1 murphy bed, 1 day bed (with twin trundle), and 1 sleeper sofa, there is room for the whole family! Utilize the fully stocked kitchen and washer/ dryer, if needed. Otherwise, enjoy a delicious meal at one of the four reataurants on property!
So many options are just a coconut's throw away. Enjoy the beach, the pool, tennis courts, coffee/ ice cream store, beach bar, and more! Downtown Red Hook, with amazing restaurants, nightlife, and ferry to St. John, is less than a mile away!

This is a unit we have stayed in previously and will continue to book in the future. We like its lay out and the view! We have stayed in a different unit in the same complex and we will not be returning to that one. SEAbattical is one we will look forward to again in the future.

Perfect spot for beach bums and families! Plenty of beds and storage!! The beds and couch were super comfortable! The owner was extremely responsive! Perfect view of the beach! We had everything we needed! Can’t wait to come back!

This was an amazing place to stay! We have stayed at other rentals and this one is the best by far! Ed was an excellent host and was super helpful. We will be staying here again!
