Edgewater Villa 2802 is a two-bedroom and two full bath condominium that accommodates up to eight people. It boasts newly renovated bathrooms, updated furnishings, lighting and ceiling fans. This gorgeous tranquil ground floor villa is conveniently located near the pedestrian bridge or a short tram ride to the most beautiful white sandy beach and lagoon pool. Although this villa is not beachfront, it is located just steps away from a large seasonally heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and shuffleboard.
You’ll enjoy hardwood ceramic tile throughout the condo. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook a full meal or simply grab a quick snack. The dining area has seating for eight while the bar can accommodate three. There is a full-size washer and dryer located in the unit so no need to overpack. The main patio can be accessed from the main bedroom or living room and has four chairs and a table overlooking the pool and court amenities.
The primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed complete with a new mattress to help you sleep well while vacationing. Enjoy a movie, favorite TV show or sporting event while relaxing in bed. The primary bathroom has new cabinets, quartz countertops complete with dual vanities. Relax while showering in the new custom tile shower with bench. There is a large walk-in closet with plenty of storage room for your luggage and beach needs. Also included is an ironing board and iron.
The second bedroom offers two queen beds, both with new comfortable mattresses. A television accommodates your entertainment needs. Two nice sized closets are available for your storage needs. There is a patio for relaxation. Off this bedroom is another newly renovated bathroom including a new vanity, quartz countertop and a new tub /shower combo.
Relax in the living area that has a new leather queen pull out sofa, two new leather oversized chairs and a new ottoman. Watch your favorite show on the oversized television. Wi-Fi is included in the unit and throughout the property.
Beachside you will find the beautiful lagoon pool (which is the best in Panama City Beach), Ocean’s Bar and Grill, Paradise Pizza, Edgie’s Corner Market, featuring Starbucks, and an Ice Cream Parlor & Bakery.

The room was Beautiful and cozy , we were very Pleased . One of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. It had everything you needed. The master bath shower was exceptional . Thanks for a beautiful stay

The property was good. The room was nice and spacious for a group of 8. We did see a few bugs but I don't feel like that was a huge problem overall the place was clean. A drawer was broken in the kitchen when we arrived and never was fixed, also there were a few amenities I wished they had provided such as liquid dish soap or paper towels or even salt and pepper. Overall we had a good comfortable stay.
