We arrived as a family of 12 and had 4 vehicles. We could only obtain 3 vehicle permits for on property. One vehicle had to pay to stay in a 24/7 public lot approximately 6/10ths away. It was cheaper than the parking permits. We arrived a three year old has to potty first bathroom had a broken toilet seat she slid off knocked her noggin . One bedroom had a broken box spring and the other bed had staples in the headboard, ripped a couple good scratches. Reported immediately and they replaced both box springs but never pulled the staples. They dryer quit left us with soured clothes. We eventually tinkered with it and got it working ( we had to spin the barrel). Maintenance never showed up. The golf carts were hard to get a ride on, which we understood the volume of visitors. The guards were exceptionally nice! The pool was nice. Thank you for helping accommodate our family vacation, we made it with a few hiccups.
