We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.

Property is decently maintained. Very little and extremely poor quality toiletries were available. The kitchen has very little stuff stocked up. First thing as soon as I arrived had to stock up all of these things again.

The process was easy and the condo was clean! Easy access to resort pool, walking path and condo pool. Perfect for being in Orlando for a sporting event.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nicely decorated, just like the photos. It was also close to all 4 Disney parks we went to. Plenty of dining choices near by for takeout or delivery.
It looked like the cleaning crew was in a rush though. There were crumbs and other food substances on the chairs when we arrived and a lot of the dishes still had pieces of food stuck to them. The floors and walls were not very clean, we opted to wear house shoes whenever inside and sandals in showers. We also always brings our own sheets and pillows, which was a good thing because I’m not sure any of the decorative pillow shams or comforters had been washed recently.
