Host was very responsive! Appreciated that as this was our first time using this type of property/ Vrbo. Enough appliances/ starting products for the length of stay. Wish the property was cleaner (dust, floors) especially with a toddler crawling around the floor.

When we arrived the AC had frozen and drained water all over the tiled floor. We found this out by slipping and falling on the hallway. I then had to put a bowl under the unit to collect water and mopped up the rest of the floor. The mop turned brown from the dirt on the floor. :( It took the company 48 hours to get a new part. However, the unit still was gurgling and not cooling. They had to come again and then it finally 5 days later cooled to 75 degrees. But, it couldn't handle anything cooler than 74. This was frustrating since my husband sweats like crazy over 71 degrees. The location was great for our daily trips to Disney!
