This premium TOP FLOOR condo offers a larger than standard balcony with great views over one of the resort pools.
In-fact this home is far from standard throughout. Only minutes away from Mickey's doorstep, this apartment puts you right in the center of all the fun!
Complete with stunning granite countertops, tiles all throughout the home, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space, the kitchen and dining areas include everything you may need to enjoy meals with the family.
Naturally, with a modern, high end resort property, in addition to the fully-equipped kitchen with appliances, stone counter-tops and all the extras you might need for a resort stay. High-speed Internet Wi-Fi access of course and cable and smart TVs, linens and towels as well as starter selection hotel style bathroom amenities to get you going for the first 24 hours on your self-catered trip.
This luxury resort condo sleeps 8 comfortably and even up a couple more little ones if you use the extra trundle bed.

The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM.
ID is required to access the community and primary renters must be 25 older. Families and Children are Welcome at this family resort.
Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing the rental agreement and verifying that they are the authorized user of the payment card provided (if applicable). This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the 'sooner’)
If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.5% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.

Everything about this week has been great! From the time we checked in until the time we checked out rooms was very clean and well maintained and the pools was so fun and exciting. Will definitely be staying again. The Watkins family

We are a family of 4 that has stayed at this vrbo for two years in a row. It is a perfect location and has everything needed for family fun and relaxation! Thank you!

There is a multi page contract you have to sign they send you a couple days before your stay. In this there is a clause that says the air conditioner can’t be decreased below 72. I sleep very hot and at least have my air conditioner on 70. When I asked about getting it below 72 down to 70 they referred me back to the contract. I get it I should have read the entire contract with Tony words on my phone but I didn’t. This management company had the worst customer service people I have ever dealt with. Two these guys were patronizing, hateful and demeaning. I will NEVER stay at a place here that is run by shine villas. I finally got them to decrease it to 71.
The condo had mold growing at the door of the shower and the condo smelled like dogs.
The grounds there were impeccable and upon further investigation there are many condos and houses that are run by different management properties. Stay AWAY from Shine. Absolute 0 for SHINE property management company.
