Perfect family vacation home!
This newer log home sits on 1.17ac and overlooks beautiful Georgetown Lake and the Pintler Range.
Main floor: master bedroom with full bath, guest room with queen bed and full bath, generous living room with traditional fireplace, family room with year round Direct TV, spacious kitchen, central island, dining area and large deck with propane BBQ and stunning views.
Lower level: Large family room with walkout porch and traditional fireplace, high quality billards table, large master bedroom with king bed and full bath, a boys room with a queen bed and a twin/full bunkbed, a girl s room with a toddler bed, 2 twin beds, and a twin/full bunkbed, and laundry facilities.
Lake access: There is a public boat launch at the Phillipsburg Bay Camppgroud about a half mile from the home. The home also includes access to a dock and shore station which is shared by some of the neighbors. This is a 5 min walk or a very short drive with room for 1-2 parking spots.
Amenities: DirecTV, wifi, good cell service, central heat, laundry facilities and supplies

Our family of 11 had an awesome time here. The view from this property is spectacular! We spent hours on the balcony over looking the lake. The bbq was a plus. There is a firepit area where the grandkids enjoyed roasting marshmellows. This area also over looks the lake. The house is well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. Lots of kitchen utensil, pots, pans, grills, dishes etc. It is a short walk to lake access. I would definitely stay here again. Very nice place!

The location and access to the dock was awesome! The house worked great for our family size. We would plan to book the house every summer from now on except for the cleanliness issues. To be completely truthful the house was very dirty. We had to wipe down all the kitchen appliances when we arrived. Food smudges were on the stovetop and the oven appeared to have years of burned on food and grease The glass doors were covered with hand prints and smears. The carpets badly needed cleaning and the furniture needed wiping down from food and hand prints as well. Cleaning logs is a huge job and not one regular housekeepers have time for, but the logs were SO dusty throughout the house. The house has so much potential to be an amazing vacation rental, but the cleanliness issues really need to be addressed especially at the cost per night.
