About this cabin rental
Welcome to Paradise--Rainbow Point on Georgetown Lake. More than just a cabin, the Wilder Nest is light and airy, with an expansive view of the lake and Pintlar Mountains from the living areas, patio and deck. The floorplan is thoughtfully arranged on two levels to allow both private and community spaces. The main level is accessed by a stairless walkway from the drive to the deck and has two bedrooms, full bathroom, kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and living room. The daylight basement has another two bedrooms, full bathroom, laundry and large family room.
Enjoy a 2 minute walk down the hill to the lake (less on a snowmobile) via the common area. A public boat launch is found within 5 minutes drive for those getting out on the water, and lake access for the cabin with dock is available at the common area. After a day of exploring what Georgetown Lake, Anaconda and Philipsburg have to offer, you can prepare your own meals with the propane BBQ or in a fully equipped kitchen, share conversation around the cozy fireplaces, or relax watching a video (now equipped with DirecTV and wireless internet). After a restful night on the comfortable beds, you will be re-energized for the next day's adventures. It does not get any better.
3 night minimum applies only to Holidays, and rates may be discounted further for last-minute reservations or extended stays--Just Ask!!
THE SMALL PRINT: In addition to the listed nightly occupancy rate and, if applicable, the $65 pet fee, there is a $180 property fee which covers incidentals such as internet, dock maintenance, and processing fees incurred by using this online platform. HomeAway/VRBO will collect and remit the state lodging taxes (raised to 8% in 2025) and also charges a HomeAway/VRBO service fee of 8-10%. These will be itemized separately when you receive a quote.

The view really does sell and pay for this place! The top deck was a favorite chill place. It does get toasty upstairs even with the window ac, we ended up turning it off and opening the screened windows for a cross breeze in evenings to cool down overnight. The kitchen was pretty well stocked to cook a meal, we added some measuring spoons and cups that were needed. The bunk room didn’t have the futon as listed but there was a Murphy bed in the downstairs family room. The grill was nice to use, though seemed to run a bit hot. We took advantage of the community dock straight down the fenceline and enjoyed the sapphire mine and farmers market along with some good ole family time.
