This 3 beds/2 bathroom 1,400+ SqFt unit is in the Terrace at Pelican Beach Resort, a luxury high rise in the Heart of Destin, Fl. The Terrace building is steps from the beach, only about a 3-5 minute casual walk! Property also offers full wedding services through the on site event management company. This condo comes with ALL the amenities inside and outside the condo, come enjoy Destin the right way!
This unit offer views overlooking the lake, pool as well as a partial balcony view of the Gulf of Mexico which gives the feeling of being right on the beach. A private beach boardwalk (no streets to cross or public access) or our seasonal free beach tram gives easy access from this property to the beach.
This unit sleeps a maximum of 8 people. With a King in the master, a Queen in the guest room, 2 Twins in the third bedroom, a Queen pull-out sofa sleeper in living room and a portable Graco® crib for baby.
The Kitchen is equipped with full-sized range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, Keurig, regular coffeemaker, blender, complete kitchenware, toaster and more. We even put out a welcome basket with a few snacks and a couple cold Coca Cola's in the fridge to get you started.
The unit has free wireless High Speed Internet with up to 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload , 4 TVs and a Blu-ray/DVD player, Roku in the living Room to support all streaming apps.
Bathrooms come fully stocked with towels, and a welcome kit including luxury soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and vanity kit.
This unit has a covered reserved parking space under the building for very easy access. The parking space is a 10 second walk to the elevator and this unit is directly off the 2nd floor elevator, easy in and out! Additionally, there is free boat/RV parking and EV parking spaces as well.
Guests enjoys all the fantastic amenities the Terrace building offers but also unencumbered access to all of the Pelican Beach Resort amenities as follows:
Heated outdoor pool with hot tub, poolside outdoor gas grills and fitness room with pool view at Terrace building;

Wonderful Stay, Perfect Location!We had a fantastic time at this condo. The host was excellent with communication—always quick to respond and very helpful. The place was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The best part was the proximity to the beach; it was literally just steps away, which made our trip so easy and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Condo was great. There was some debris on the kitchen floor near stove….nothing awful. Was easy enough to take care of with a Damp Paper Towel. Closets were locked & there was no access to a broom & dust pan. Would’ve been helpful, to keep living space swept of sand. At the end of the day, after showers…you don’t want to step in sand all evening. But other than that….No Complaints!!! I may be the odd ball out, to want to sweep & light cleaning while on vacay lolRooms were clean & beds were comfy. 2nd floor balcony with a view of the pool. Very nice. Only other would be an extra skillet. Was hard to cook sausage & eggs with 1 skillet for family of 6….But most probably eat out while on vacation. We do cook at least breakfast & then do lunch & dinner out :) Will book again

First off Ken was very easy to deal with. Place just needs some updating and painting, caulking etc.
The unit is right off the elevator... The floor was always wet right outside of door from maintenance spraying off walkway..
