Nicely updated unit with wood-burning fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining area on the main level with sunny deck, gas grill (available in summer). Desk area with wifi for those who can't leave work behind.

Bedroom on the main level with Queen bed and ensuite 3/4 bathroom (shower only, no tub).

Lofted bedroom upstairs with Queen bed and full bath. Laundry facilities by the entry area.

Parking is limited to 2 spaces.

- None of our properties have AC unless mentioned elsewhere
- All homes are equipped with high-speed internet unless otherwise noted in the property description; however, during peak travel periods, speeds may fluctuate due to increased demand throughout the Tahoe area.
- Winter access: Chains or snow tires are often required in winter
- BBQs (propane) are not provided during winter (November–Memorial Day). Charcoal grills are banned in our area.
- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Street parking is prohibited year-round.

I am very familiar with this property. My father was an original owner of the condo next door. Years ago and I stayed many times. Thank you to the owners for all the extra amenities and for trusting that we would treat #49. As our own. Diane

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is a sign in the kitchen that says, “OK, this is not Cabin Sweet Cabin! Get over it. This condo is in a nice place close Tahoe City. It’s quiet, and has nice amenities. It is the best stocked rental we’ve ever stayed in as far as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, foil, etc. everything is there. There are 2 sets of clean towels in each bathroom. There is a washer and dryer. However, the one load we washed and dried took a very long time to dry and kind of smelled funny after. My husband said I have a delicate sniffer. It has a nice, clean BBQ we used twice. I would suggest the following to make it betterStorage space for food items. Everyplace is filled with dishes or kitchen gadgets. A dresser for clothes. Clean the blinds. They need it, badly!Supply stand alone fans. Put a retractable screen on the door to the deck so it can be opened for ventilation and keep misquotes out. Lastly, a wall mounted A/C unit for comfort. I doubt this will ever happen. Just throwing it out. We knew there was no A/C before we booked.

Overall the property was just OK. A non heating microwave, a couple of small appliances that didn’t work very well, a dishwasher without detergent so we questioned whether it could be used, and two electric receptacles that worked only sometimes. The bedroom is very small and the loft bedroom has very steep, narrow stairs leading to it. Once you’re up there the area is fine. The living room is quite comfortable.
