About this villa rental

On the slopes of the Rasa Bay, in a small welcoming village, Sutivanac of Raska lies a beautiful villa. On a large plot of over 1000 m2 the villa offers a view of the mountain Učka hills above Rasa bay, and only a half hour drive by car to the beautiful Istrian beaches.

This beautiful villa for six guests was built in 2015. and welcomes the first guests who will have the unique opportunity to enjoy the hedonistic atmosphere of the new villa. The house is furnished with the interesting combination of quality and handmade furniture, including modern elements to provide you with everything you need for a careless vacation.

Villa can accommodate 6 guests in 2 modern bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with single bed and sofa bed in living room ( 2 bathrooms ). The house has satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchen is designed in rustic style and contains all the necessary appliances and spices for the tastiest dishes. In the garden, there is a large 32 m swimming pool, playground and plenty of space for careless enjoyment in the summer. The villa is ideal for holidays with family and friends.
