Very beautiful house "La Gioia", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Rudani 7 km from the centre of Žminj, 20 km from the sea. Private: property 750 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated (7 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. E-charging station. Supermarket 9 km, café 7 km, internet café 7 km, bus stop 10 km, pebble beach 20 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 32 km from the property. The unit consists of 2 houses rented as one unit. Heated swimming pool (extra). It is necessary to notify us 7 days in advance if you wish to have the pool heating turned on.
