Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden lawn and trees, swimming pool (above ground) (7 x 3 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Shop 6 km, bus stop 6 km, railway station "Termoli" 20 km, sandy beach "Petacciato Marina" 12 km. Wir waren in diesem Jahr bereits zum 9 Mal dort und es hat uns wie immer sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter waren hilfsbereit wie immer. Wir lieben das Haus, die Umgebung und können uns nur schwer etwas Besseres für uns vorstellen. Schade ist, dass die öffentliche Straße zum Haus nicht repariert wird und jedes Jahr neue Schlaglöcher hat. Man kann das Haus immer noch anfahren ohne sein Auto zu beschädigen, muss aber vorsichtig sein. Schuld für den schlechten Straßenzustand liegt aber beim Staat.

Wir waren an Pfingsten 2019 erneut in der Masseria Difesa Grande und es war super wir immer. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und man hat genügend Platz auch für grosse Gruppen. Wir waren 4 Erwachse und 4 Jugendliche. Zum Einkaufen und Strandbesuche benötigt man zwingend ein Auto. Was leider immer schlechter wird, sind die Strassen in der Gegen von Montenero di Bisaccia. Es hat viele Schlaglöcher durch Absinken des Fahrbahnuntergrunds. Wir haben uns in so einer Spalte einen Reifen beschädigt.

Das Ferienhaus gehört zu den besten, in denen wir bisher Urlaub gemacht haben hinsichtlich Lage, Geräumigkeit, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit. Auch der Garten ist liebevoll angelegt und gepflegt. Ein großes Lob an das äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter–Ehepaar! Reisetipps: Der schöne Strand von Petacciato war Anfang September fast menschenleer. Das Baden war mit Hund sehr gut möglich.

Viel Platz für Familie und Alle die Ruhe suchen. Zwingend notwendig ist ein Auto. Reisetipps: Zum schönen, grossen, langen und wenig frequentierten Strand "Spiaggia di Petacciato Marina" fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 15. Minuten.
