About this apartment rental
Our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo (Unit 306) is located at Peregrine Point which is the newest building at Purgatory Resort.
Walk across to the main plaza for convenient access to restaurants, ski rentals, deli and great shops as well as the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain.
The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking for great meals and The main living space features a deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air and amazing views of the Needles Range and Spud Mountain.
The condo also features WIFI, Dish TV, ski racks outside the front door and and plenty of closet space for all your equipment. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Parking is unassigned outside in front of the building.

Main Bedroom - King Bed with TV and Ensuite Bath (Main Floor)
2nd Bedroom - King Bed with TV and Ensuite Bath (Main Floor)
3rd Bedroom - King Bed with TV (Main Floor)
4th Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds (Main Floor)
5th Bedroom (Main Living Space) - 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa (Main Floor)
As with all condos in the Peregrine Point building per HOA Rules, pets and gas grills are not allowed.
For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Kitchen had everything we needed. House was really good. To use the pool and gym you have to pay more. The resort was supposed to open the Saturday before we arrived. It did not. We ended up only staying 2 nights and did not get any money back. Lesson learned, get the insurance.

Being from Texas no air conditioning is always a concern.For the most part that was okay. Great fans for all rooms would be a BIG Bonus. One bedroom has no windows to open so that is a little uncomfortable for summertime.But overall the stay was great. Kitchen has everything you need to cook etc. We had a great ime.Location is great the resort main common area is right across the street.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Selected this rental as we were needing 4 bedrooms. Liked that it was a 1 level condo as we had a 1 year old with us and there were no stairs. This was a 8 family vacation. We usually rent from Cascade Village, so this review reflects what we would normally expect. Parking- as with any large group we had 4 vehicles. Only 1 parking spot was allowed. Were we’re told that the rest of the vehicles were to be parked in a dirt/gravel overnight lot at the base of the complex. This was totally unacceptable to us when the lot is not lighted and we’re expected to walk up a hill in the dark. There were plenty of parking spaces in front of our unit. Bedrooms-4th bedroom closest to the living room mattress dipped to the middle. 3rd bedroom-there are no windows that open, no air flow in that room, so was very stuffy. Overall cleanliness -acceptable with the exception of the living room floor. Compared to other rentals in the area, we would not consider this a luxury condo or re-book with you.
