With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

The place was clean, comfortable and well appointed. One note, the place has a mini fridge, so be mindful of what you bring (or bring home) that needs to stay cold.We really enjoyed Island Provisions around the corner. Can’t go wrong for breakfast or lunch. Easy walk to King St for practically anything you care to eat. Suggest making reservations ahead of time unless you don’t mind sitting at the bar for most places on King though.Parking isn’t far, but it’s tight if there are 3 cars back there.

Great house, great location! Cute architectural touches. Clean and well-kept. Parking is around the corner, but not far to walk - parking can be tight if other units park too far over.

Very clean and well appointed property. It is a historic property as many are in Charleston, the character was pretty. Parking is a street behind the place, you enter on Main Street and parking is behind a vacant, boarded up property. Our neighbors renting the adjacent properties parked over our spot and management co. Did not address concerns when we messaged so we waited and wrote notes on the cars, and parked in front of them.It is best for 2 people. Says sleeps 4. There is a couch to sleep on downstairs, it does not pull out to a bed. Main bedroom has a delightful bed. So for two people it it great. Bath/shower is a claw foot tub which would be difficult for a larger person or someone with mobility issues ( tub is very tall and there is nothing to hold onto to get in ). Steep stairs to main bedroom. Deck on side and roof access is from bedroom. Roof deck was fine but worn and buildings block any view. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and Citadel.
