Place is pretty dated. It was clean inside, but there is lots of old. We were turned off immediately when we walked in by the overwhelming odor of a plug-in air freshener on full blast. After unplugging that, we went to eat outside on the deck while we opened the windows to let the place air out. Unfortunately the deck looked like it had not been cleaned in months. There was a huge buildup of grime on things and an empty propane cannister sitting right in the middle of things. Management's going to respond to this by saying they offered to come and clean things, and they did make that offer, but we wanted to eat then, so we just took the time to clean it up ourselves. Management also wasn't going to be able to do any more than we did to air the place out, so we declined their offer. Plus, the deck should have been cleaned before our arrival. We should not have had to ask for that. Also, in our search for fans to air things out we found a garbage bag full of someone else's old unwashed clothes in a closet. Kind of gross.

I had a fantastic stay! The home was beautiful, and it was so conveniently located near a variety of lovely restaurants. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. I’m already looking forward to staying again!

The property was spacious and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were super comfortable. Being next to the trail leading to a park, we drank our coffee every morning while enjoying a constant stream of dogs on their way to their morning walks! Nice balcony and a gas grill to boot. iTrip was easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

Not a quiet location, not enough wash cloths for 3 people for three nights. Beds were comfortable, need tool on living room blinds to close them properly and bathroom lighting poor in main bath.

The bed was very comfortable. There were only 3 teaspoons. You could use more teaspoons. A plug in, electric tea kettle would be a nice addition. A dish strainer would be nice. There were black spots floating on top of the body wash in the main shower.- mold?

We enjoyed our stay here. It ended up being like 3 blks from where my friend lived. It had everything we needed. We would love to stay again. Thank you :)
