Nowhere in the listing doesn’t mention it’s a townhouse. You enter the door and immediately have to climb 15 stairs up to the first floor. Two of the bedrooms are on the next floor, which is another set of stairs. I don’t need a walker or a crutch, but I had to stop and catch my breath a lot with these incredibly steep stairs.

We had a wonderful stay in Aloha. The house was comfortable and clean, in a very nice and quiet neighborhood that made a good "home base" for our trip. We had no problems with check in and communication with the owners was a breeze. Be aware that it is a townhouse with multiple floors and may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Otherwise I would highly recommend.

Great place and conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores. For a family of 6 this worked out perfectly for us. Kitchen fully stocked, bathrooms fully stocked even with shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in all bathrooms. BBQ grill in the back patio area. The best thing.... The beds!!!!! So comfy. probably the best bed ive ever slept in. We dont have any infants or toddlers but this house is fully equipped for all your infant toddler needs.

My family stayed here the week of Christmas. The house was very well maintained and contained all necessary amenities. Main living space starts on the second floor, which may be difficult for people with mobility issues. Overall, very positive experience. A heads up, house is located on a street adjacent to streets that don't have much street lighting. Also, driveway backs into an area were cars parallel park, which may be challenging for drivers that lack confidence.

This townhouse was wonderful! It was clean when we arrived and easy to access. We appreicated the deep garage so both cars to be parked in the garage. We found it convenient for everywhere we wanted to go. Give it a try!

There are several minor handyman projects at the townhouse (master bedroom door doesn't latch well, for instance) but it's a nice place with good furnishings. Liked the coffee, snacks, and water! Nicely decorated. The main challenge was the bedding. Uncomfortable sheets and the comforter was far too heavy for summer, but there were no light blankets for any of the beds. The bunk beds did not have top sheets. It seemed the king bed had a queen sheet. Thankfully, the air conditioning worked very nicely. It was affordable and convenient.

Check in was easy. Communication was excellent. We arrived about an hour early and as property was ready we were able to check in early. Only problem was the the plugs were loose so that when you plugged something in to be charged the plug would fall out. Kitchen and bathroom plugs were fine so we used them. As we have family in the area and spent most of our time with them this property worked for us.

This townhouse was a good location for my family to land for a couple of wks while visiting family and friends back home during our summer vacation. Easy freeway access and centrally located to all of our favorite people and places. The set up in the townhouse worked well for my teenagers who each had their own places to retreat after our days events. Well equipped with all that we needed for a comfortable stay! The property was very clean and well equiped. Communication with the owner was great. Some minor repairs are needed with the blinds. It would have been nice to have bedside tables and clocks in the bedrooms. FYI, there are a lot of steps, and no yard.

We were looking at choices on somewhat short notice as our motor coach went in the shop for a few days and found this townhouse. A three bedroom, three bath, was more than what we needed, but worked perfectly for an economical place to stay. I used the desk at the middle floor landing as my office, which worked out nicely. Be aware this is a 3 story townhouse, so if you have trouble with stairs, this probably isn't the right choice. Everyone else, take a look and book if it's available for your visit.

Comfortable, clean townhouse in nice neighborhood, convenient to freeways and amenities. Perfect for our family and dog. We spent Christmas here and were able to cook a big Christmas meal with all the cookware we needed in the kitchen. Three comfortable bedrooms were perfect for the five of us, and it was great to have three bathrooms as well. Fast WiFi was perfect for working remotely. Thank you!

Overall layout of this town home fully met our needs - Second floor had eat in kitchen, living room, one bedroom and full bath, along with a handy desk area cleverly tucked into the stair well. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms on top floor, along with a laundry room. Plenty of areas for us to spread out and be comfortable. Kitchen was nicely equipped with pots, pans, etc so that I was able to cook in a few times. Although the town home is in its little community, it is adjacent to the main thoroughfares - convenient to shopping and getting to the highways, but is a bit noisier than I was expecting. Host was extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive to all questions throughout our stays.

At first it was a little hard to find the house because 1. We had arrived a little later than we thought and it was getting dark and 2. all the houses looked the same haha so it was a little hard to find the house address. Eventually we found it and went inside and it was just breath taking. Going up the long stairs to get to the living room and it just felt like home. I do have a recommendation, that the property does need some kind of gates to block off the stairways going down to the garage and one on the third floor because i thought the house was kid friendly and I did have 2 small children with me and it was nerve racking that they could potentially fall down. We managed by blocking it off by purchasing a gate and then having to take that back home with us. Overall, it was a great experience, communication with the owners were great and the house was great to us. Thank you. I highly recommend anyone to book this place the next time they are in the beaverton area.

This townhouse was conveniently located near family in Beaverton - and it was also close to the Beaverton city center with an awesome view of Mount Hood. My husband and I stayed here with a teenager and 2 younger kids and delighted in the 3 full bathrooms. The owners were very responsive and cordial.

Enjoyed staying at Don and Ekaterina’s place. It was well equipped, clean, close to Beaverton and a quick commute to downtown Portland. This place has spacious bedrooms, comfy beds and lots of bathrooms. Just as a heads up this place has lots of fairly steep steps, so not great if you have heavy luggage (or Xmas presents in our case). Also, the kids bunk room is on the main floor with the two bigger rooms upstairs. This could be a negative if you have small children. Overall, a great place. Don and Ekaterina are great hosts and respond to communication quickly. Strongly recommend!

I have never stayed at a place more equipped than this one. It lacks for nothing. The owner answered my texts faster than any of my family have ever answered me. Literally within minutes. The rental process went smoothly and the arrival even better. The location was perfect for us. Beds are comfortable. Well stocked with essentials. Everything was spotless. Showers were great and even had soap and shampoo supplied. It is a townhouse so there are stairs, so those that have difficulty with stairs should be aware. Air conditioning is not forced air but individual machines in living room and each bedroom. Very effective though. Truly enjoyed our stay

Stayed recently with my husband, my sister and her two dogs for a few more days vacation after Cannon Beach. The location is ideal for us as we like the shops and restaurants in the Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard area and everything was a short drive. There's a ton of space for our little party and more than enough washrooms. The master en suite is very nice. It was a great place to have a nice meal at home and just relax and watch TV after a long day. Initially we had some problems accessing the property but VRBO and Don, the owner, were responsive, helpful, and accessible. My family and I we're really impressed with the communication, level of service and problem resolution. We will definitely stay here again.

My family of five were comfortable in this beautiful town house. Aside from a brief confusion on the air units, everything was exactly what we could have wanted (Note: do not turn on the air as it is only a heating unit, only use the portable AC units in each room). The neighborhood is quiet and easy to find. However, it was a little tight for our larger van; not impossible, just tight. Overall a fabulous time and no complaints at all.

Great place to stay while visiting the Portland, OR area. It is located in a quiet little neighborhood which is close to stores and restaurants. Six of us (my parents, 2 teenage boys, my husband and me) stayed here (so much nicer than staying in a hotel!). Having three bedrooms, three bathrooms and access to a full kitchen worked out great for us! The only thing I would want other guests to know before renting is that the actual living room and eating area was a bit small for all six of us (the photos included are very accurate). We couldn’t really all sit in the living room at one time, but we spent most of our time taking day trips around the Portland area so it wasn’t too much of an issue. Don was a great host. The house was modern, comfy and clean. There were plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, etc. The pots & pans were in great condition as well! Having a Keurig to use was a bonus for us. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Don!
