About this villa rental
Experience luxury at Further Moore, a 4-bedroom beachfront villa in Lawson Rock, Roatan. Enjoy a private infinity pool, stunning ocean views, and direct beach access. With spacious living and upscale comfort, it’s the perfect escape for families or groups seeking a high-end island retreat.
Further Moor is managed by Island House Vacation Rentals. The Island House office is a 20-minute drive from the home. We will meet you at Further Moor to check you in, we will provide you with phone numbers to our office staff in case of emergency. Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and agree to our rental terms and conditions. Secure online payments for direct bookings are processed through a 3rd party payment processor, ChargeAutomation.
Further Moor is situated in Lawson Rock in Sandy Bay, a private community with 24-hour security. It is perfect for those looking for a beach home but don’t want the traffic of tourist beaches.
Further Moor is a private home, guests have sole use of the private pool. Access to the garage is not available, items inside the garage are for owners use only. Thank you.
Further Moor is a modern, 4-bedroom Beachfront Villa with private infinity pool located on the beach in the exclusive community of Lawson Rock, Sandy Bay.
The ground floor open plan living area opens onto the beachfront pool deck. The modern kitchen has an additional pantry area with extra fridge space, extra storage, dishwasher, washer & dryer.
Three of the four bedrooms are beachfront with views of the beach. The primary bedroom opens directly onto the pool deck. The two upper beachfront bedrooms have private balconies overlooking the beach. The 4th bedroom has garden views.
A large gallery landing area on the second floor has a dedicated relaxing space with a view!
We are happy to help you arrange your airport transfers or rental cars if you wish.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and agree to our rental terms and conditions

Accidental Damage Protection is covered through the " fee" of $49
Prices are based on 8 person occupancy.

House was amazing and everyone enjoyed the location, beach, pool, and beds. The beds were amazing. Slept better than we do at home. Wish we knew the sunset was so clearly visible from the hammocks on the beach. Convenient location near the dive shop (Blue Island Divers) and many restaurants. Our only (small) issue was we didn't get an actual location for the home after we asked. Though that did give us an excuse to go exploring until we get the pin. the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils.

The house is gorgeous and view is beautiful! We had unfortunate weather during our stay so we’re not able to enjoy the pool, but the house was amazing to be able to watch the weather.It is very easy to access and quick to get to West End, West Bay and excursions to East End as well. Our husbands were able to get some fishing in on the central dock even with the poor weather.Hoping to return when weather is more cooperative to be able to enjoy outside as well!
