Designed specifically for large groups to be "together but apart," the estate consists of two connected wings (North and South) on a gated 3/4-acre lot.
The Sleeping Quarters (6 Bedrooms / 8 Bathrooms)
4 Oceanfront Master Suites: Two in each house (upstairs/downstairs). Each features King beds, Honduran wood floors, blackout curtains, and marble ensuites with rainfall showers.
2 Massive Lofted Suites: 24ft ceilings with flexible bedding.
South House: King bed + custom triple bunk (Full/Twin/Twin).
North House: Triple double bunk (2 Doubles/4 Twins).
Each loft includes a twin trundle and a private ensuite bathroom.
The Great Rooms & Kitchens Two identical vaulted Great Rooms with massive accordion doors that merge the interior with 5,000+ sq. ft. of decking. Both kitchens feature white stone counters, LG gas cooktops, and are meticulously stocked for professional-grade cooking.
📋 POLICIES & LOGISTICS
Electricity: Metered and charged at cost to encourage conservation (typically $200–$1,200/week for the full estate). A security deposit is required; usage is deducted at checkout.
Reliable Tech: Equipped with Starlink Internet and Cable TV.
Owner Managed: We are not a corporate agency. We keep our homes perfect for our arrival and yours. Our dedicated managers and full-time staff ensure a seamless stay.
Guest Policy: Access is strictly for registered guests listed on the signed contract. No outside day visitors or parties without prior arrangement.
Arrivals: We can help coordinate private chefs, massages, diving, and airport drivers (including a grocery stop at Eldon’s).

We just spent a week at Vivaro Oceanfront with 9 adults (rented both houses). We could not have been more delighted with the accommodations. Both houses are nearly identical and served us well. The location is great. Just far enough out of town that you can get away, but also a super easy walk to everything. Houses are extremely well equipped with everything you need. Super spacious great room. Wonderful bedrooms with very spacious bathrooms. Highly recommend.

The list of things this property has on my first class list is long and impressive. The comfort and beauty of both the North and South houses are amazing. Our whole group (14) talked about how special the houses are. From the sleeping/bathroom arrangements to the world class first floor, deck, pool area, it is special. Also, the access to West End activities is very simple, and so many things to do. The entire staff of indoor (house cleaning), and outdoo (pool, landscape), were very pleasant. Matt the local property manager is also a special resource for Vivaro guests, his support and accessibility really help with all the little things on these types of trips. At his reccomendation we had really fun activities, and really good food. Thank you Vivaro Roatan for a very special trip. We will be back

Our group of 16 adults and kids had a great time during our stay in Roatan! We rented both the North and South Oceanfront homes, and our group wandered back and forth between them easily during our stay.
The homes and outdoor space were lovely, clean, and well kept. We were a very short walk away from all the main section of West End had to offer - restaurants, shops, beach, etc. The management team was responsive to any questions we had and was helpful when we asked for recommendations.
It was a lovely trip and I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Vivaro Roatan Oceanfront again!

Had a fabulous stay at the Vivaro Oceanfront property! The two homes are absolutely beautiful and the views are stunning. The homes are very well stocked and maintained and had plenty of space for our party of 12. Matt was there from day one to show us everything and even popped in to check on us during the week. This was a 5 star vacation, and we can’t wait to return!!
