The central vaulted Great Room is a masterpiece of design. Massive accordion doors disappear to merge the interior with a sprawling outdoor deck.
Gourmet Kitchen: Features white stone counters, dark Honduran wood cabinets, and top-of-the-line LG gas appliances. Meticulously outfitted for the home chef.
The Deck & Infinity Pool: A large infinity-edge pool juts out over the iron shore. Whether it's morning coffee on the tanning ledge or floating at sunset with a cocktail, the deck is the heart of the Vivaro experience.
The Suites (3 Kings / 3 Bathrooms)
We designed this home so that no one in your group has to compromise on luxury.
Two Oceanfront Master Suites: One upstairs and one downstairs. Both feature king beds, Honduran wood floors, blackout curtains, and marble ensuites with private toilet rooms and rainfall showers.
The Loft Suite: A stunning room with 24-foot ceilings, a king bed, and its own private ensuite bathroom.
📋 Logistics & Planning
Electricity: To encourage conservation, power is metered and charged at cost. (Averages range from $100–$600/week depending on AC usage). The meter is read at check-in and check-out.
Cleaning: A $500 fee covers cleaning during your stay and a deep-clean post-checkout.
VIP Arrival: For direct bookings of 5+ nights, we include airport transportation for your group (one car/van). We can also help arrange private chefs, diving, fishing charters, and massages.
Location: Be a traveler, not a tourist. Avoid the "tourist traps" of West Bay and live like a local in the heart of charming West End.

Our family of four loved the location. Beautiful view either from the living room or out on the patio. Large bedrooms all with their own bathrooms/showers. Great restaurants and dive shops all within short walking distance. There was a problem with the refrigerator but Matt immediately took care of it. Matt even brought us drinking water at 10:30pm as soon as we realized that it wasn’t available due to the refrigerator issue. Matt was a great resource throughout our stay. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Roatan.

4 of us stayed at the South House for a week. It was a great location within walking distance to the beach and restaurants/dives shops of West End. The house was in very good condition, very clean, and a great layout. The pool and outdoor space is perfect. We will be back. Do yourself a favor, if you stay here, have Ms Loretta come and cook for you at the home.

Vivaro South house was amazing. We had no issues at all. Preference wise, pool was too cold for me, but it doesn't get much sun. My husband was in it every day and loved it!! The view was beautiful. House was super clean and kitchen was more than stocked for everything we needed when cooking. Our bed was super comfy. We really have no complaints at all. It was a nice short walk to all the shopping, bars & restaurants. We will be back, for sure.

This property is amazing! and very flexible depending on the size of your group. Easy to work with owner and staff.
Beautiful sunsets. Great pool. The house is clean and very well appointed.
We walked into West End every day for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or drinks. Had a meal prepared in the house by Loretta-wonderful!
Chartered Captain R - Reagon (Loretta’s son) for a day of water touring, snorkeling, and fishing. He’s really good and very flexible with what you want to do.
