In the district of Santa Giulia 8 km from the centre of Porto Vecchio, 30 km from the centre of Bonifacio, 143 km from the centre of Bastia, in a sunny, elevated position on a slope, 500 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. For shared use: terraced garden, 4 ha with plants and trees, natural garden, swimming pool heated, fenced (15 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, tennis, terrace. In the complex: reception, WiFi. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 400 m, supermarket 8 km, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Santa Giulia" 500 m. Die Wohnung PVC162 war sehr schön, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in TOP–Zustand, sehr sauber, hochwertige Gartenmöbel und 2 Liegen. Herrlicher Blick auf die Bucht.Die Wohnung ist halt weit oben und sehr steiler Weg hoch, aber dafür ist der Blick sehr schön.Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, nur ohne Backofen.Klimaanlage funktioniert gut.Negativ: es gibt kein WLAN im Haus, wohl nur ganz unten bei der Rezeption.Habe mir mit einem mobilen Hotspot und einer AldiTalk Karte (InternetFlat–XL) beholfen. Sehr guter Handy–Empfang auf Korsika, zumindest an der Ostküste (LTE).Im Fernseher kommt kein einziges deutsches Programm.Die Duschkabine im EG ist recht klein und im Bad oben gibt es nur eine Badewanne mit Duschmöglichkeit. Reisetipps: Der Strand vor derFerienanlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Bonifacio und Porto Vecchio sind schöne Orte. Wir hatten unser Motorrad dabei und sind auch mal in die Berge gefahren. Man darf sich von der Größe Korsikas nicht täuschen lassen...mal eben von der Ost– an die Westküste über die Berge fahren das dauert schon einige Stunden.

Schöne gepflegte Anlage in Top Lage. Die Ausstattung unseres Hauses war ebenfalls sehr gut. Aber: Die Matratzen sollten dringend erneuert werden. Reisetipps: Zonza, Bonifacio, die Straße von Piana nach Porto an der Westküste. Ghisoni, Palombaggia, Calvi, Corte...

Sehr gepflegte ruhige Anlage mit fantastischem Blick auf die Santa Giulia Bucht. Die Häuser sind gut und gemütlich eingerichtet, schöner Holzbalkon. Reisetipps: Bonifacio, Bavella–Massif mit tollen Wandertouren, Buchten in der Umgebung – Palombaggia, Rondinara etc., Bach –/ Gumpenwanderung bei Solenzara/Fiumicello
