Spacious 75 m² apartment with a 9 m² terrace facing the sea. Equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, ironing board, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 queen-size bed and 2 bunk beds) and a living room with a double sofa bed.
Perfect for 4 to 6 guests.

It is a very rare thing to say that your apartment had no faults, but this had none.
The views from the balcony every day where so different, the views from the back onto the mountains and the Lighthouse were a delight, even when popping to the toilet at 3am lol
Parking was locked and secured inside as well so you can quite happily leave your car for ages with no worries.
We had everything we needed for our holiday and the most amazing patisserie by the River where we would sit every morning and most afternoons having coffee, buying bread etc.
The apartment was a superb base for us to reach the Alps for a night (Being Tour de France fans) We drove up and down Alpe d'Huez and then had a 1 nights base at Col du Lautaret where we drove up Col du Galibier and then back via Gap.
You can also reach great places like Millau Viaduct or go to Roquefort for the cheese.
Meanwhile back in Palavas you had so, so many choices of food. It was superb, and being an ex Chef the world was not limited, even if you just want a burger and chips.

We loved our stay in this apartment. The only reasons I did not give it 5 stars are as follows:
- Linens were not included in the rental. This was not clearly indicated in the listing. The owner did notify us when he sent the check-in details, and the concierge was able to supply these for a fee, we were not aware when booking.
- The furnishings in the living room are sparse - there is only a couch - no coffee table or end tables. If you have a drink while on the couch, there is no place to place the drink. It would feel more comfortable to add a coffee table, end table and perhaps another chair.
Otherwise the apartment was perfect. Quiet, safe and clean.

We stayed here for around 9 days and enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a great location, was clean, spacious, updated, and had a great view of ocean and the city. We loved the apartment and Palavas Les Flots and hope to be back soon.
