This apartment is extended, bright, and sunny all day long is located on the second and top floor, without lift, in a peaceful gated community. It offers two open terraces, one of 12 sq.m with a partial sea view and another with of 8 sq.m with view of the lake. You will be seduced by wonderful sunsets. This 43-sq.m apartment, in the second line in front of the sea, can accommodate up to 6 people. The modern kitchen has been fully equipped with all amenities (storage space, washing machine, dishwasher, large oven, freezer, etc.). The living room offers a comfortable sofa bed to relax of watch TV. There is a 14-sq.m mezzanine with roof windows, a 140-cm bed, and a 90-cm bunk bed. You will find a shower room and a separate toilet. There is a numbered private parking space. You will enjoy all the comforts (washing machine, dishwasher, large oven, freezer, microwave, flat screen TV, and public Wi-Fi) and a high quality crockery. At your disposal, there will be a travel cot, a high chair, a pushchair, and a bathtub, according to availability; please ask upon booking. We also offer other rentals in the apartment building and some ground level houses located 100 m away. We enjoyed the apartment as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers given the great location. 1 min to little bakery and small shop, 2 min to beach. An about 10/15 min walk along the ocean (paved walking way along the beach) takes you to the city centre where you find restaurants, ice cream, shops, concerts, beach volleyball; bicycle rental is 20 min away.
The apartment has 2 balconies, thereof one to the sunset. The apartment is a one-room apartment and the sleeping area is on a second floor within this room. Whilst bathroom facilities are a bit old, the dishwasher, washing machine, mircowave, WIFI working well and AC make the apartment very comfortable.
