Very clean home, spotless! As pictured. Located in a small, quiet, enclave community. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice starter amenities provided (soap/shampoo/conditioner/toilet paper/dishwasher detergent). BBQ grill, outdoor dining table and 4 chairs and two sun chairs (no loungers). We bought a propane tank as there was none, as well as a few bbq tools. It was lovely to have the heated pool and spent most days using it.
The host, Laura, is very responsive, we would say basically immediate. Our recommendation would be to have a guest handbook giving details of local amenities, i.e. restaurants, emergency care, shopping, etc. Details about garbage collection/use of tv remotes - streaming was only option, no local tv channels as we couldn’t get the spectrum remote to work, but this did not impede our stay; could not access the gym/clubhouse pool(not heated we were told by some)
Publix, CVS, Wawa a two minute drive and access to I4 five minutes away. Restaurants near I4. Disney about 20 minutes more or less, depending on volume of traffic.
Would stay here again. Thank you Laura, overall we enjoyed our stay in your lovely home.

Brand new property that was spacious and well-appointed. Had just a few but important deficiencies, probably bc it’s so new. None of the beds had top sheets, none of the bathrooms had small shampoo and conditioner bottles or wash clothes. In at least one bedroom, the TV remote had no batteries.
