Our registration process is 100% online, for your convenience. Upon booking your reservation, our Reservation Team will forward a copy of a Registration Agreement for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your booking will be confirmed and check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 24hr prior to check with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.
Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.
Optional Extras:
Pool and/or spa Heating is offered upon availability for $ 50 per day plus tax, with a 3-days minimum. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in.
Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided, but refillable propane tanks are available upon request.

We didnt arrive to the property til late at night, but it was super easy to access the neighborhood and the home (not so much at other properties nearby). The home was clean and well stocked in the kitchen which i really appreciate even though we never cooked. Beds were super comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The only improvement I would make would be to add ceiling fans to the bedrooms. We had a great stay and hope to come back soon.

Very nice home. Plenty of space. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is perfect. Carpet and living room rug desperately need cleaning! You don’t want to go barefoot. Kitchen was a dream.

This property was exactly like it was shown on the site. It accommodated our family perfect and made our stay comfortable. When and if the opportunity comes we would definitely stay here again.

The house itself is beautiful and well decorated. We were welcomed to the house by a pile of trash that were sitting infront of the garage. They looked like trash that had accumulated for over a week with several bags on the ground with following trash on the ground. Not only did the trash smell but they had so many flies. The trash was never picked our entire stay of 4 days and we were told to also take out all the trash in the house upon checkout so you can only imagine how much was left out there when we checked out. The management company said they had nothing to do with trash which was a disappointment. Parking our car in the driveway was a challenge because it was a one car garage and the trash was sitting right there. The neighborhood is a contruction zone, the community Villa Domani is still under construction. Only a few homes have been completed and the rest are still being built so not very pretty to look at.
There's no security at the gate because the community is not complete. Not sure why they would rent out a house in an incomplete community. Getting in touch via whatsapp with the rental company took several hours at times which was disappointing. I was not satisfied with the checkout process of having to take all trash out and load the dishwasher when we had already paid a cleaning fee. Overall, I don't recommend. Communication was poor and did not like the trash situation and the way the community looked. The only positive was the house itself. It was as described inside and comfortable.
