This is a lovely little bungalow in upper Montecito, exactly where we were looking for accommodations. Easy parking right in front, walkable to the upper village, and with a little luck that citrus was in season, we received a bonus drop-off of amazing oranges and lemons fresh from the owner's garden. The stay was perfect.

Quiet Escape Close to Everything Lovely bungalow blocks from the Upper Village. Great place to relax, work remote and slow down. Just minutes away from endless dining options and the beach. I’ve stayed multiple times and can’t recommend enough. Just go!

The landlord thought of everything in satisfying the needs of a renter. Kitchen was supplied with everything you needed. Towels were plentiful with hooks also available for drying along with towel rods. Bed was comfortable. Good arrangement for furniture. TV had good stations. Great location for restaurants. Glad to rebook on a return trip.
