Conveniently situated near Montecito’s Lower Village, this completely updated 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse overlooks the Andree Clark Bird Refuge. 5 minute Uber or drive to the Funk Zone and downtown Santa Barbara and only a short walk or ride to Butterfly and East Beach. All of Montecito's restaurants, shops and grocery stores up the street! Very quiet location with great views.

Quiet and clean. The parking is tight so I'm glad there were not more guests as getting out of the parking was nerve racking. Having to back out down the long driveway in the pitch dark night was scary.
