About this house rental
This great 2 bedroom condo is located on Pioneer Creek on the west end of town. This 2 bedroom/1.75 bath condo has High-Speed Fiber Optic, sleeps 6 and has a full kitchen, living room and dining room. The first bedroom has a queen, the second bedroom has a queen and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit features TVs in each bedroom and a TV with a VCR/ DVD player in the living room. There are balconies off each bedroom and there are front and back porches. It also has a gas fireplace that has a thermostat, and has a washer & dryer for your convenience. There are 2 community hot tubs located on the grounds. We are near the ski area and fishing in the summer. This property is the best of both worlds: located on the quiet west end of town but still in town limits and close to just about everything on Main St. There is also a free town Trolley service available to take you around town.
*Valley Condo Unit 104 is a pet-friendly property allowing up to two housebroken pets (dogs only) per rental with a non-refundable pet deposit of $75.00/pet. Renter must obey leash laws and pick up after pet(s), and will be held financially responsible for any damage to the unit. If a pet fee isn’t charged at the time of booking it will be charged at the time of check-in.

Unit was homey, better suited for 4 but could make a smaller family of 6 work. Close to hot tub and was quiet.

Pictures were not accurate at all. Living area was dark, dingy, small and outdated. In one of the bedrooms bed was so high, uncomfortable and there was no nightstands.Other bedroom seemed more modern, but bed was also uncomfortable, and there were nail clippings on the floor and cigarette ashes on the balcony. The only room that was up to par was the kitchen and its appliances.
