About this house rental
This great 2 bedroom condo is located on Pioneer Creek on the West end of town. This 2 bedroom/1.5 bath condo has High-Speed Fiber Optic, sleeps 6 and has a full kitchen, living room and dining room. The first bedroom has a queen, the second bedroom has a queen and there is an Air Dream queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It also has a gas fireplace, washer and dryer for your convenience, and a front porch and balcony; as well as 2 community hot tubs located on the grounds. This condo has an adjoining door to condo 107. It is near to the ski area and fishing in the summer and a free town trolley service is offered to take you around town. This property is the best of both worlds: located on the quiet west end of town but still in town limits and close to just about everything on Main St.

Family of four stayed three nights. Clean, comfy beds and nice towels. Kitchen well stocked. No problems with appliances. Our two issues were 1) shower floor seemed squishy and 2) air mattress in foldout sofa was damaged. It inflated, but the seals on three tubes were broken and therefore created a large tube of air, like a speed bump, about 1/3 from the foot of the bed, making it unusable. So until that gets fixed, condo only sleeps 4.

We stopped by for a couple days on our way back from Colorado to Texas. We’ve stayed at this property before and enjoyed it, so we opted to stay again. The hot tub is nice after a long day. We rode our side by side through town and enjoyed seeing the wildlife and beautiful views.

The bathtub from the upstairs leaked water into the ceiling into the dining room downstairs. This happened every time one of us had to take a shower. This has obviously been going on for quite some time, because the sheetrock on the ceiling had been patched. Also, when the maintenance personnel came to look at it(while we were gone), they left our door to the cabin wide open, and their keys to the entire property in our door.
