About this house rental

This 2-bedroom, 2.75-bath condo, located on Pioneer Creek on the west end of town, has enough room for the whole family! Sleeps 8, has high-speed fiber optic, and a full kitchen, living room, and dining room. One queen bedroom, a second queen bedroom with two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit also features a wood-burning fireplace, Washer/Dryer, a front porch and back deck, and a front balcony off of a bedroom. There are also two community hot tubs, a playground, and grills located on the grounds. It is near to the ski area and fishing in the summer and a free year-round Town of Red River trolley service is available to take you around town. This property is the best of both worlds: located on the quiet west end of town but still in town limits and close to just about everything on Main Street.

THE PROPERTY WAS GREAT, NO MAJOR ISSUES. THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, WE USED THE TRANSIT BUS TO RIDE INTO TOWN EACH DAY AND SKI, AND ENJOYED THE HOT TUBS IN THE EVENINGS. WE HAD ONE ISSUE WITH THE FIREPLACE, IT SEEMED LIKE THE SMOKE HAD A HARD TIME RISING UP THROUGH THE CHIMENY, THE OPENING WAS FULL OF SUT, AND SO ONE EVENING THE CONDO WAS VERY SMOKEY. OVERALL WOULD RECOMMEND AND STAY AGAIN
