The Space:
Blue Water Cottage is a charming holiday home located in a prime tourist area, just a two-minute stroll from both Fitzroy and East End Swimming Beaches. It is also conveniently situated by the Scenic Coastal Walkway. Guests can enjoy swimming, surfing, or windsurfing at the beautiful beaches and take leisurely walks along the Coastal Walkway, which connects them to local arts, culture, and shopping.
Upon entering, you will be welcomed into a sophisticated and serene space. The open-plan living area exudes beachy luxurious comfort, enhanced by soft tones and stunning views of the sparkling blue water.

- Additional single bed located in a quaint sunroom
- Modern stylish bathroom

- Guests are required to leave the property tidy and clean
- Bookings exceeding 10 days incur an extra mid-term cleaning and linen fee every seven days

- All properties are for accommodation purposes only; no gatherings or parties allowed

Great location! So handy to the beach, coastal walkway and walking distance to a couple of cool cafes and shops in Strandon and Fitzroy. Super clean and cosy for our family getaway.
