Bedrooms: Balsamroot boasts four beautifully designed bedrooms. Downstairs, you'll find two inviting queen bedrooms sharing a well-appointed bathroom. Upstairs, discover another charming queen bedroom and the luxurious primary suite, which features a plush king-size bed and an attached bathroom with double vanities. Each room is tastefully decorated to provide a serene and restful night's sleep,

Walk in to an open floor plan with large windows allowing a full view of the mountains, while privacy still intact.

This home is beautiful and spacious and perfectly appointed. The huge windows provide spectacular views of the surrounding mounta. We enjoyed each other's company, dining and drinking, game playing and hot tub soaking. Outside we drank in the peace and quiet and the fresh air.
