Beach Club Doral 1002 has everything your family needs! From this 10th floor corner condo, you will enjoy a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico and a sandy white beach from the living room, dining area, kitchen and balcony! Special features include 2 HDTVs, 2 DVD players, sofa sleeper, a recliner, and WIFI. Relax in the beautiful Gulf Side Doral pool and hot tub or stroll down the boardwalk to the endless beach far from the crowds. The owner is a member of The Clubhouse, so guests may access amenities, see details below.
This condo is great for families or a couple! The king master bedroom privately adjoins the master bath. The half bath is located in the hall area and is convenient for all.
The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed for meal preparation. The appliances are full size and includes a dishwasher. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, hand mixer and can opener are provided. The washer/dryer is conveniently located in the utility area.
Bed, sofa sleeper, bath and kitchen linens are provided. Bring your beach towels. A "One Day" supply of these basic items are stocked for your convenience: paper towels, dish washing detergent, clothes detergent, trash bag, toilet tissue, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Please bring your make up removal wipes to preserve the linen.
Without additional fees, you may patron the fine dining restaurant and bar, with outdoor dining, located on the second floor of The Clubhouse and the salon and spa on the first floor of The Clubhouse. Also, you may patron the casual sports bar and restaurant, ice cream/coffee bar, and the beach supply and apparel shop near the entrance of the property. Seasonally, a tram runs throughout the property, but you may enjoy the scenic walk and stop off a very nice playground with slides and swings. Bring your bicycles or pack a basket ball; there is a basketball goal on the West end of the property. Also, you may rent beach loungers, pay for parasailing and other activities on the beach at the club desk. Loungers with umbrella rental prices vary based on the number of setups and days rented. However, inexpensive beach chairs and items can be purchased locally, but are not supplied by the owner.
The owner of D1002 is a member of The Club, so the clubhouse private amenities are available with a daily fee which is to be paid in person at The Club Desk for the days you choose, if any. The price varies based on the number of days used, but usually averages about $30.00 per day per condo, not per person. Enjoy a Gulf View from the club's private amenities: Indoor pool, outdoor community pool with seasonal entertainment, hot tub, tiki bar and grill, and fitness center. The private amenities, also, include: Access to the luxurious separate ladies and gentlemen locker rooms with showers and saunas, world class clay tennis courts, children's activities, other poolside events and use of basketballs for the courts.

We had a fantastic day! The lodging was perfect for our small family, and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. I especially loved that there were no buildings to the right—just serene, rolling sand dunes. If you take this trip, I highly recommend waking up early to hunt for seashells and staying up late to watch the crabs come out. It’s a magical experience!This place is truly a hidden gem along the coastline—a peaceful little nook perfect for relaxation. It's located well away from the hustle and bustle of major tourist attractions, so if you're hoping to be in the heart of the action, this might not be the spot for you. However, if you’re looking to escape the crowds and enjoy a quiet, scenic retreat, this is the ideal place to stay.

Our stay in The Beach Club’s Doral 1002 was wonderful. The condo is clean, well equipped and the king sized bed was very comfortable. The view is fantastic and the amenities were great as well. The pool and beach were clean and not crowded. Overall we loved it!!

The building amenities and location itself were absolutely amazing, the condo needs some rehab in the bathroom areas. The shower was tile was moldy and rusted out and the shower curtain was all moldy as well. The entire toilet was loose and wobbly from the floor. You would have thought these things would have been noticed and taken care of by the cleaning staff that had just left the condo. Not enough cooking equipment in the kitchen. I would absolutely return to the complex again just not to this particular condo.
