Beautiful, cosy apartment block "La Giralda". On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position, 800 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. For shared use: well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn and flowers, swimming pool angular (15 x 8 m, depth 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, public car park. Shop, supermarket 300 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 900 m, railway station 5 km, ferry 4.8 km, sandy beach 800 m. Tennis 3 km. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

El piso grande y contaba con todas las comodidades. Tal cual aparecía en la pagina web. Alquiler rápido y sin ningún tipo de problemas. La gente de Interhome muy amable y excelentes profesionales. Volvere a repetir
