2 living rooms, very spacious, 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are double, all with fitted wardrobes and windows. Fitted kitchen: dishwasher, microwave. Coffee maker. oven. washing machine, TV, Hifi, DVD, large bathroom with shower and wc. reversible climate control. private parking area a car in the back under shelter, very pleasant in high season !.and available two bikes with small basket and supplied with anti-theft device.
Very airy residence with beautiful old palm trees and very well maintained, direct access to the beach, 2 large swimming pools with children's area. Ideal for families, very quiet
** provide 60 euros for cleaning to add to the advertised costs, to be given in cash against the keys to the cleaning lady on your arrival. Thank you
3 km from the center of town, two bikes provided to the apartment and many buses available nearby if necessary
many small shops nearby, pharmacy, food, bar / internet
Denia, Alicante region, costa blanca is an old town of 45,000 inhabitants which lives all year round!
An impressive number of restaurants at all prices and many lively tapas bars and shops make this a very pleasant city where it is good to hang out late at night!
Two magnificent marinas (motorboats, sailboats, yachts), with bars, restaurants, shops, nightclubs!
Huge beach with direct sea access, safe, interesting for windsurfing!

Two 90x190 beds, two 40x70 pillows and each a small duvet. Plus warmer duvets for everyone for the winter in the closets.
Small bedroom with a 90x190 bed with 40x70 pillow and a small duvet. Plus a small umbrella cot in the closet plus a small mattress, a potty.
Ironing board and iron. Small wall-mounted dryer in the personal parking space at the rear and small dryer to unfold. Two bikes with basket and luggage rack, ask me for the front anti-theft codes (to be worn all the time).
