One bedroom condo located on Lake Erie in Green Cove Resort. Kitchen fully equipped • eat at peninsula countertop • stocked with cookware, dishware, utensils and glasses • balcony • full-sized bathroom with tub/shower • stocked with towels and linens• master bedroom has 1 twin/1 full size bed • living room has a queen sleeper sofa • 5G Wi-Fi • SMART TV• DVD player. A 30' dock with electric is included for those who bring their own boat. Restaurant/lounge (Wild Wings), several fishing charters, bait store and gas station within walking distance (1/2 mile). Pool, tennis courts, catch and release pond and private enclosed cleaning stations (with freezer for storage) are located on the property. Magee Marsh is located 5 minutes away. Public beach at Camp Perry is approximately 15 minutes away. Maumee Bay State Park with two beautiful beaches just 20 minutes away. Take the Jet Express (located in Port Clinton) to Put-In-Bay and other Lake Erie Islands.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable and well stocked with anything we needed.Being an early bird I was up watching the fishing boats heading out at 6 am from the windowed porch. And then watched the sunset over the water! If we return for another Biggest Week in American Birding, we’ll stay here again! It was a short drive to Magee Marsh each morning.

Great place to stay for fisherman, the only thing missing would be a stackable washer and drier. Kind of a must for fishing on big water in a smaller boat. A freezer on the back patio was a huge plus for this condo. Also a must have. I highly recommend this condo

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Oak Harbor. The property was exactly as described, and met our needs. You are a short drive from many local attractions, but the separation from town really helps to make your stay peaceful. I 100% recommend this property to anyone looking to explore the area.

The rental was super clean, had lots of amenities, and in a great location for our needs. There are two sky lights, which are super cool, but one is in the bedroom, so it gets really bright early in the morning!

Everything was as advertised and the place is great for one or two people. We enjoyed the enclosed balcony overlooking the water. Plenty of towels and kitchen had everything we needed. Overall very comfortable and a great location for us.

The condo is in a great location with a lovely little community surrounding it. The pool was perfect, clean and usually not too busy or crowded. It is a nice place to unwind after exploring the area. The host was great with getting us all set in a timely manner. We enjoyed our time there very much.
