1 bedroom condo on the water, 3 minute boat ride to the big lake. Has a king bed in master bedroom, twin, bunk beds on the enclosed porch would sleep 2 as well. Boating, fishing, swimming at your doorstep. Condo has dishwasher, coffee maker, pots & pans, tableware, washer & dryer, ac, microwave, clean bed linens and towels are provided when you arrive. heated seasonal community pool, private beach on lake Erie, enclosed fish cleaning house for your days catch. Also fish cleaning stations for hire, if you prefer not to clean them yourself, tennis court, boat ramps, boat dock at your door. NEW IN 2024 ALL BOATS/JET SKIS KEPT AT THE DOCK MUST BUY A $15.00 STICKER FOR THE WATERCRAFT AND SEND OWNER A COPY OF INSURANCE FOR WATERCRAFT. Numerous wildlife parks, marsh, Camp Perry 5 minutes away, bird sanctuary's just down the road. Have rented this condo for the last three years, Very nice place. Would rent again.

Small, but livable condo with good size bedroom and bath. Decor outdated but consistent with a "fishing" cabin style. Major appliances worked well. Toaster is on its last legs. Some of the dining supplies needed cleaning. There were a few construction issues but not enough to affect our stay. I would recommend this place.

The view from the patio was amazing and great neighborhood. My only suggestions would be to update some furniture. When sitting at patio table the chair left pieces of it on my legs because I was wearing shorts so put towel on seat.

Awesome experience! Easy to work with the property owner. Nice clean condo with boat ramp and access to the lake. Property owner made it easy to check in and did not bug you while you were there. Excellent fish cleaning station, Dollar General across the street, bring your meat and that’s all you need.

A nice little getaway, the Condo was very nice and comfy. The king size bed was very Comfy. The Condo was supplied with everything you needed. It was very Cute with all the Lighthouse and Sailboat decor. The Sunset was amazing ! We enjoyed our stay ! Larry was great , always responded to any questions or concerns we had. I definitely recommend this place to stay !

We were very pleased with the property, especially being steps from the water. Condo was clean and well stocked. Only possible drawback was the upstairs neighbors had three small children who were very early risers and tended to run a lot in the condo. They were only there for two days of our stay so it wasn't a big deal to us.

A very comfortable condo. Air conditioners are quiet and work very well. The enclosed porch is a great place to eat while watching the local wildlife (swans, ducks, blue herons, etc.). We recommend renting this unit.

Green Cove resorts was a very quiet, clean place to relax and watch the wildlife activity in the harbor. The bed was very comfortable and our condo was supplied with everything that we would need and more. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed due to Covid 19, but there was a nice beach nearby at Port Clinton.

This one-bedroom condo was ideal for my purposes. I was shooting during the pistol portion of Camp Perry and this location was in close proximity to the shooting events. The condo had plenty of room for my stuff. The AC units were very quiet and effective.There were only two small hiccups during my stay. The first, which of course is not any fault of Larry, is that Lake Erie had record high levels during the summer. Many roads had high water and others were blocked off. Some restaurants downtown were isolated by flooding.The other hiccup is that there was a miscommunication/confusion over the start date of my stay and the place had not been cleaned after the previous guests checked out. A quick call to Larry identified the problem and he rapidly fixed it. By the way, Larry was always available on the phone, which was very helpful.

Our vacation here was amazing! Beautiful location and super friendly neighbors. Larry was also very friendly and extremely helpful! We love to fish so having the dock available and freezer on the porch were a huge plus. The fish cleaning station was also a bonus. We will definitely stay again!!!

This is an excellent location for birders, only 5 miles from Magee Marsh. Condo is small but has everything you need including a very comfortable bed. Owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Lovely condo with everything we needed. Super clean and ready when we arrived. Plenty of towels and dishes (not that I cooked;)) Comfy bed and nice and quiet for sleeping. Great view of the water with the use of the dock. Pool was large and very clean, we spent a lot of time floating and enjoying the sun. Within walking distance to a really good restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Highly recommend a stop to Porky’s for some delicious pizza. Larry was wonderful too! Easy to reach, answered all our questions and called to check to make sure we were settling in okay. This is truly a hidden gem and we’ll be heading back for another stay!!

We were in town for a Cebration of life and this Condo was perfect for our week in Ohio. Larry was great ensuring we got in OK and answering questions.
